This 4 week plan to focus on your Core Nutrition, includes initial and follow up  consultations, goal setting, custom diets, recipes, shopping lists, lifestyle and supplement advice – followed by longer term advice to keep you firmly on your path to a heathly and happy lifestyle.

This 4 week programme includes:

  • Introductory consultation (approx. 90 mins) where I will take a comprehensive case history and full body composition analysis in order to assess your health status. We will discuss your personal health symptoms, needs and goals.
  • Based on the information attained I will design a diet plan to include shopping lists and recipes for week 1 and 2 of the plan together with supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
  • A follow up consultation will take place (60 mins) at the end of week 2 to track progress and reassess health status. I will create diet and meal plans to include shopping lists and recipes for the remaining 2 weeks of the program.
  • At the end of week 4, you will receive longer term advise which will carry you through life focusing on maintaining the improvements made to your health during the plan and focusing on disease prevention strategies.
